Product is shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-3 days for processing before your purchase is shipped.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your bag please send it back for a full refund. Returns must be shipped in their original condition by 30 days of receipt. Products that are damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.  Once your return is received, the refund will be applied to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs through USPS or an approved insured carrier.  Returns that are damaged through a shipping method that is not approved will not be eligible for refund.
