If you are not 100% satisfied with your artwork, please send it back for a full refund. Returns must be shipped in their original condition by 30 days of receipt. Artwork that is damaged or altered in any way is not eligible for a refund. Please use cation when opening your packages. Artwork that is damaged during unpackaging is not eligible for a return or refund. Once artwork is received, the refund will be applied to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs through USPS or an approved insured carrier. Returns that are damaged through a shipping method that is not approved will not be eligible for refund.
